Implementation<br />

Both research findings and practitioner experience<br />

support the idea that tailoring a program to a given<br />

site strengthens the probability of its success. Programs<br />

that are designed to address specific concerns,<br />

use existing resources, and build the capacity<br />

of staff are more likely to be sustained over time.
