Metrobus Market Study and Strategic Plan Update Appendix D: Employer Survey Results 1.0 INTRODUCTION An online survey for St. John’s Area employers was developed and distributed through an email notification to members of the Board of Trade and the Downtown Development Commission. The survey was available for a span of 4 weeks in February and March 2010. The purpose of the survey was to collect information on the characteristics of St. John’s Area businesses and their relationship and attitudes towards transit. Businesses were asked to fill out a survey of each of their locations in St. John’s. A total of 39 completed surveys were collected.
