of Catering at the phæno, really means by this is that she is always experimenting with the variety and
diversity of menu choices she offers her customers. Gina Palacino was born in Wolfsburg, but her Italian
descent shows in the heartwarming atmosphere of everything she does. And this is very important to
her, because she does not regard the phæno as just any old place of work. “I put my heart and soul
into my work, the phæno is like a family to me,” she explains. And this is quite literally so, since her
20-year-old daughter also works at the phæno.
