About the Course<br />
Building services engineers normally work as part of a<br />
design team alongside architects, structural engineers,<br />
quantity surveyors and building managers to ensure the<br />
engineering conditions create a safe, comfortable and<br />
efficient internal environment as expected by clients.<br />
The building services engineer is a professional person<br />
who has the technical and design skills, plus the personal<br />
skills required to work with other people throughout a<br />
building project from inception to design to installation,<br />
commissioning, inspection and testing.<br />
The programme design and delivery reflects the balance<br />
of skills, knowledge and understanding required to<br />
perform building services engineering tasks competently.<br />
