Evaluates a range of performance traits and the productivity of
transhumant Sudanese Fulani Zebu cattle in the inner Niger delta of
Mali. The analyses used data collected on 2550 animals in three
herds studied in 1978-83. The results of the study are compared with
findings reported in the literature on Sudanese Fulani cattle in Mali,
the related White Fulani strain in Nigeria, and the Gobra in Senegal.
