Discrete Device Library (DDL)<br />

<strong>Star</strong>-<strong>Hspice</strong>’s full Discrete Device Library is a collection of<br />

models of discrete components for use with HSPICE. Included<br />

are Diodes, FETs, s, MACROs (op-amps and comparators),<br />

Burr Brown, PMI, Signetics, and TI. See “Discrete Device<br />

Libraries” in the <strong>Star</strong>-<strong>Hspice</strong> Manual.<br />
