Discrete Device Library (DDL)
Star-Hspice’s full Discrete Device Library is a collection of
models of discrete components for use with HSPICE. Included
are Diodes, FETs, s, MACROs (op-amps and comparators),
Burr Brown, PMI, Signetics, and TI. See “Discrete Device
Libraries” in the Star-Hspice Manual.
