All rules given in “Input/Output Buffer Syntax” on page 5-3
apply with the following exceptions:
• Because I/O open drain and I/O open sink buffers do not
have pullup circuitry, do not specify the option
xv_pu=nd_state_pu.
• Similarly, because I/O open source buffers do not have
pulldown circuitry, do not specify the option
xv_pd=nd_state_pd.
