model is now installed in <strong>Star</strong>-<strong>Hspice</strong> as LEVEL 59. This<br />

model is described in the “BSIM3SOI FD2.1 MOSFET<br />

MODEL User Manual,” which can be found at “http://wwwdevice.eecs.berkeley.edu/~bsim3soi”.<br />

LEVEL 59 uses the<br />

same arguments described in “LEVEL 57 Template Output”<br />

on page 10-18.<br />
