Mrs. Edna M. Smith, of Springfield Gardens, Long<br />
Island, is the winner of the handsome silver cup,<br />
awarded for being the first to report reception of<br />
European broadcasts on a FREED-EISEMANN RE-<br />
CEIVER during the recent trans-Atlantic tests.<br />
The winner was selected by "<strong>Radio</strong> <strong>Broadcast</strong>"<br />
Magazine, which was in charge of the arrangements,<br />
and verified the reports of reception.<br />
