For the International <strong>Radio</strong> <strong>Broadcast</strong> Tests was the stall' of station CKAC, La Pressc Montreal. J. N.Cartier,<br />

the fourth from the left in the last row, director of the station, completed his arrangements with brother<br />

Canadian broadcasters for participation in the International Tests. In the back row from left to right are<br />
