There should be highways for bikes. There isn't a commercial recycling program Composting difficult for apartment dwellers The businesses I would want to patronize do not exist in Urbana (copy shop, office supply store, etc) Resistance to making changes necessary to create easier access to active transportation modes in the political process Not aware of who provides energy audits or how to sign up for assessment of our facility. Because we don't have outside, objective advice, it is hard to get some of my colleagues to change behavior such as turning off computers on nights and weekends.
