MAGIC has been developed to reflect progress in the<br />
MICRO MAGIC regatta scene. The basic lines of the<br />
original hull have been left unchanged in order to stay<br />
within the German class rules. The racing MICRO<br />
MAGIC includes extensive use of carbon fiber for the<br />
mast, mainsail boom and jib boom. An additional micro<br />
servo can be fitted to provide jib sheet trim control from<br />
the transmitter so that the jib sail trim can be fine-tuned<br />
while the boat is on the water (*note - a 3 channel radio<br />
is required for this). Comes with CNC-machined vacuum<br />
moulded hull, deck, fairing and two-part keel/mast socket,<br />
glass fiber reinforced plastic keel fin, rudder, rig fittings<br />
and small items, replacement keel ballast, laser-cut<br />
wooden internal parts and boat stand components. Sails<br />
are water-repellent, distortion-free plastic material.<br />

Exactly the right size for the most sailing use<br />
— one of the best boat kits we’ve ever seen!<br />
The price seemed high until we opened the kit.<br />
This is one of the best kits ever — very complete,<br />
very easy to assemble correctly, and<br />
obviously well designed for rough water sailing.<br />
Boat is small but the design is seaworthy.<br />
Best idea here is that this is a transportable<br />
sailboat that you will sail more often than larger,<br />
harder to transport boats: 21.8” long, 7”<br />
beam, 30” mast height, about 38” height from<br />
bottom of weighted keel to top of mast. Sails<br />
are ready made. All wood parts are die cut, hull<br />
is ABS, hardware is extremely complete.<br />
