65mm Ducted Fan for Brushless Power
It is possible to use this ducted fan in models
which weigh up to 3 times more than the thrust
(30 oz. airplane), however, the optimal ratio
between thrust and total airplane weight is 1:2.
This would be an airplane that weighed 20 oz..
Duct and fan blades are made of rigid woven
carbon fiber. Motor housing and stators are
made of one continuous piece of woven carbon
fiber for added strength.

a genuine Deans Ultra male connector. ESC includes a BEC circuit
5V/3A and weighs 63g (2.2 oz.).

of motion of about 40 degrees. Unit is made
of injection molded plastic and is a ball and
socket design with a molded foam exhaust
nozzle trim ring. Inlet diameter is 62mm ID

diameter at the largest point is 82mm and the
overall length is 84mm. Comes pre-assembled with a nylon control
horn in place. Requires a micro servo to operate thrust vectoring (not
