3. Instruments to be developed<br />
Given <strong>the</strong> current status of research, priority must be given to streng<strong>the</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>stitutional capacities <strong>in</strong><br />
order to:<br />
(i) Obta<strong>in</strong> appropriate <strong>and</strong> timely <strong>in</strong>formation on <strong>the</strong> labour market, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>formal<br />
sector <strong>and</strong> agriculture;<br />
(ii) Obta<strong>in</strong> sex-disaggregated <strong>in</strong>formation on social security;<br />
(iii) Carry out time-use surveys;<br />
(iv) Establish satellite accounts on unpaid work.
