Using Spanning-Tree Protocol

Configuring Spanning-Tree VLAN settings
Go to Switch > Protocols > Spanning-Tree and select the Edit icon for a VLAN
to configure Spanning Tree settings.

CST in STP and RSTP mode, otherwise the VLAN ID.
The interval in seconds between hello message broadcasts to
other switches. The range is 1 to 10 seconds. The default is 2
seconds.
The duration in seconds of the listening and learning states before
the interface begins forwarding. The range is 4 to 30 seconds.
The default is 15 seconds.
The interval in seconds that the FortiGate-224B unit waits without
receiving spanning-tree configuration messages before it
attempts a reconfiguration. The range is 6 to 40 seconds. The
default is 20.
The bridge priority of the root switch. The lower the value, the
higher the priority. Range 0 to 61440. Default 36864. This is used
for spanning tree calculations.
