Nick Buckles<br />
Chief executive officer<br />
Nick has worked in the security industry for<br />
27 years, focusing throughout this time on the<br />
commercial <strong>and</strong> strategic aspects of all areas<br />
of security services.<br />
After a variety of commercial roles throughout<br />
the group, he was responsible for driving<br />
significant profit improvements in many<br />
Securicor businesses throughout the 1990s as<br />
a business unit managing director <strong>and</strong> divisional<br />
chief executive of the security division. He was<br />
also instrumental in the development of<br />
Securicor’s security sector focus, becoming group<br />
chief executive in 2002, <strong>and</strong> in bringing together<br />
Group 4 Falck <strong>and</strong> Securicor to create the<br />
combined group. Nick became chief executive<br />
of <strong>G4S</strong> in July 2005. Nick is chairman of the Ligue<br />
Internationale des Sociétés de Surveillance,<br />
the international association of leading security<br />
companies.<br />
Trevor Dighton<br />
Chief financial officer<br />
Trevor has worked in the security industry for 26<br />
years. After several years in both the accountancy<br />
profession <strong>and</strong> commerce working in the finance<br />
function <strong>and</strong> general management, he joined BET<br />
in 1986 as finance director of its security <strong>and</strong><br />
communications division.<br />
Trevor joined Securicor in 1995 <strong>and</strong>, following a<br />
number of years as finance director of the security<br />
division, he was appointed to the board of<br />
Securicor plc in June 2002 as group finance<br />
director. He became chief financial officer of<br />
<strong>G4S</strong> in July 2004.<br />
Trevor is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of<br />
Management Accountants.<br />
Grahame Gibson<br />
Chief operating officer <strong>and</strong><br />
Regional CEO – Americas<br />
Grahame has been involved in the security<br />
industry for 29 years, having joined Group 4’s UK<br />
operating company in 1983 as finance director.<br />
Since that time, Grahame has held a number of<br />
operational, management <strong>and</strong> board positions in<br />
the UK, USA, Denmark, the Netherl<strong>and</strong>s <strong>and</strong><br />
Austria.<br />
His broad experience of the security industry <strong>and</strong><br />
management of businesses across a diverse range<br />
of cultures has been invaluable to the group<br />
throughout its development. Grahame joined the<br />
board of <strong>G4S</strong> plc in April 2005.<br />
Grahame is a board member of the Ligue<br />
Internationale des Sociétés de Surveillance.<br />
Debbie McGrath<br />
Group Communications director<br />
Debbie is Group Communications director, heading<br />
the corporate communications team which focuses<br />
on the group’s key audiences – investors, media,<br />
government, employees <strong>and</strong> customers. Debbie<br />
has a broad range of experience in marketing,<br />
corporate communications, br<strong>and</strong> development<br />
<strong>and</strong> implementation, <strong>and</strong> crisis communications.<br />
Prior to the merger between Group 4 Falck <strong>and</strong><br />
Securicor, Debbie was employed in a number of<br />
senior marketing <strong>and</strong> communications roles within<br />
the Securicor group from 1993 to 2004.<br />
Before joining Securicor, Debbie had also held<br />
marketing positions with ICC Information Group<br />
<strong>and</strong> Honeywell Bull. Debbie is also chairman of the<br />
CBI South East Regional Council (the representative<br />
body for all CBI member companies based in the<br />
South East of Engl<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> the Thames Valley) <strong>and</strong><br />
a member of the CBI Chairmen’s Committee<br />
which takes the lead responsibility for setting the<br />
CBI’s position on all policy matters.<br />

Graham Levinsohn<br />
Group Strategy <strong>and</strong> Development<br />
director<br />
Graham has more than 18 years’ experience in<br />
the security industry, having joined Securicor Cash<br />
Services in 1994 as general manager – marketing.<br />
Since then, Graham has held a number of<br />
commercial <strong>and</strong> line management positions in<br />
both the cash <strong>and</strong> security lines of business.<br />
Graham was responsible for the creation of the<br />
UK cash centres outsourcing business in 2001 as<br />
managing director, before moving on to become<br />
divisional managing director for <strong>G4S</strong> Cash Services<br />
UK, <strong>and</strong> then regional president – Nordics.<br />
He became group strategy & development<br />
director in 2008 <strong>and</strong> joined the Executive<br />
Committee in 2010.<br />
David Taylor-Smith<br />
Chief operating officer <strong>and</strong> Regional<br />
CEO – UK <strong>and</strong> Africa<br />
In addition to his existing role as Regional CEO,<br />
UK <strong>and</strong> Africa, David was appointed as Group<br />
COO in January 2012. In his new position,<br />
David has responsibility for developing <strong>G4S</strong>’s main<br />
service lines globally. David joined <strong>G4S</strong> in 1998<br />
as managing director, <strong>G4S</strong> Hong Kong. He moved<br />
back to the UK in 2002 <strong>and</strong> has held a number<br />
of positions in the company, including CEO,<br />
<strong>G4S</strong> UK <strong>and</strong> Irel<strong>and</strong>, <strong>and</strong> managing director of<br />
<strong>G4S</strong> Justice Services.<br />
Prior to joining <strong>G4S</strong>, David held senior roles with<br />
Jardine Matheson, Project ORBIS <strong>and</strong> Operation<br />
Raleigh. Before this he was a British army officer<br />
<strong>and</strong> served in Northern Irel<strong>and</strong>, Germany, Engl<strong>and</strong>,<br />
Namibia <strong>and</strong> in Cyprus with the United Nations.<br />
David has a degree from the University of<br />
Southampton <strong>and</strong> is a Fellow of the Royal<br />
Geographical Society. He has also held positions<br />
on the board of several charities, <strong>and</strong> currently sits<br />
on the Public Services Board of the CBI. In 2003<br />
he was awarded the MBE in recognition of his<br />
charitable activities overseas.
