Savudrija<br />
Na savudrijskom poluotoku, najzapadnijoj turističkoj točki istarske obale, počela je izgradnja devet novih kuća. Kuće su<br />
smještene u mirnom i tihom dijelu sela, a od plaže Kanegra udaljene su 1 km. Sve kuće su jednake, sastoje se od dviju<br />
etaža, od kojih svaka tlocrtno obuhvaća 77 m 2 površine. Svaka kuća ima terasu i vrt, koji, ovisno o položaju, obuhvaća<br />
različitu površinu. Kod prvog reda kuća vrtovi će biti površine od 53 m 2 , dok je kod nekih kuća u gornjem redu predviđena<br />
površina vrta do 110 m 2 . Planirano useljenje, po sistemu ključ u ruke, predviđeno je pred ljeto 2007. godine.<br />
On the Savudria Peninsula, the very west point of tourist destinations of Istrian coast, a construction of new development<br />
of nine houses just started. Houses are settled in the peaceful and silent part of the village, only 1 kilometre away from<br />
the beach Kanegra. All houses are the same, comprising of two floors, of which each has the ground plan of 77 m 2 .<br />
Each house has a terrace and a garden, which has related to its position different surfaces. The firs raw houses will have<br />
gardens of 53 m 2 , while some houses in the upper raw will have gardens of 110 m 2 . The development will be available<br />
for occupying in the summer of 2007.<br />
