the most attractive parts of the town. The apartment is on the fourth, the last floor of the residential building. It comprises of
two large and one smaller bedroom, lounge, bathroom, hallway, hall and one another bathroom and a kitchen, which ownership
is shared by the neighbour. Almost the entire apartment is oriented toward the south, so that a view of the sea unfolds
itself from each room of the apartment. On the west side there is a spacious terrace of 26 m 2 with open sight on the sea and
old town centre. The apartment has two entrances, ceilings 3.5 metres high and wooden floors. A renovation is needed
