We alwaysstrive to deliver strong financial results, butother things matter as well. That includesstanding by our customers in difficult marketconditions, and serving as an effective partnerfor other institutions in the Farm Credit System.Another measure of success for CoBank is ourcommitment to being a socially responsiblecorporate citizen. We recognize that we havea responsibility to support civic, charitable andindustry organizations across rural America andin the communities where our directors andassociates live and work. And over the pastfew years, we have made a concerted effortto increase our focus in this regard.
