Among the WSBI institutions that replied the questionnaire on CorporateGovernance sent by the research team, all but one had been audited(either internal or external audit) in the last year and 87 percent have aninternal Corporate Governance code, but only 38 percent are subject to anexternal credit rating (which is related to the small size of a significantnumbers of member institutions, that do not have access to capital markets).Table 3.
