Mindset Masters Your words have power. Not just the spoken words are potent, but also the words that run inside your head. What you speak out loud is merely your externalized thought. What does cell biology teach you about storytelling? Scientists have proven that life can move in only one of two directions. One direction is toward entropy and DK. The other is toward growth and renewal. In other words, every cell in the universe is moving either toward life or toward death. What a wonderful lesson the cells teach about making wise choices! Anything that weakens is a move in the direction of death. Anything that strengthens is a move in the direction of life. This has powerful implications for every thought running through your mind, every word you utter, and every action you take. Any thought or word you have about being unworthy, unlovable, or “bad” is a movement toward decay and death. Likewise, standing still, delay and procrastination are on the side of death. How does this all work? This true story about how I brought my former guide dog Thunder through her fears to become an amazing helper demonstrates the power of storytelling and of unwavering belief.
