MINDSET-MASTERS

Except there was a catch. Mindset Masters I wasn’t let go. I had freely chosen this path. And nothing was going to stop me from achieving success as an entrepreneur. Just a few days prior to this, I was still working at my boring, soulless corporate job. But as I walked into a meeting with my colleagues, I was on fire. I could feel the energy flowing up and down my spine, and I was ready to light that room up. It was my meeting to run, and my project to fulfill as fast as possible. Even though I was a worker bee in someone else’s company, I had an entrepreneurial zest that was impossible to contain. Around me were managers, interns, and coworkers, and we were discussing the fastest and easiest way to implement a new software system. I’ll never forget the clarity of that moment. A question would arise, and I’d answer. Another question would arise, and I’d answer that one. It was like shooting lightning bolts of clarity into the rest of the group! But instead of electricity and enthusiasm passing into them, they were getting shocked and scared by what was happening. The looks on their faces told me that they were literally scared and repelled by my overpowering energy. I remember being frustrated, noticing that while the clarity and enthusiasm I was experiencing in my own mind and body was crystal clear, the energy around me was scattered and confused. The more energized I became, the more fearful and confused energy was reflected back to me. 20
