Same exercise backward.22. Same exercise forward while tossing a tennisball from one hand to the other.24. From a standing position, jump straight up ashigh as you can. As soon as you land, takeoff on a short sprint. Then jump and runbackward as fast as you can for a short sprint.27. Get in the butterfly position, knees togetherand on the ground with legs flat on the floorand extended as far as possible to the side.From this position you should move aroundfrom a semi-squat position, legs out and inbut always return to the butterfly position.This stretches the muscles so that thisbecomes a natural and easy move for thegoalkeeper. NOTE: inside of feet should beflat to the floor.29. Partner stands between two goalkeepers andkeeping the goalie stick on the ground,swings it in a circle that the goalkeepers haveto react by jumping over the stick. You canswing faster and faster so they are forced tojump quicker.25. From an upright position, jump as far to theright as possible, landing on one leg.
