The programme to partner with<strong>for</strong> monitor<strong>in</strong>g and evaluation <strong>in</strong>South <strong>Africa</strong> is not fullycompatible with my researchobjectives. Difficulty <strong>of</strong> implement<strong>in</strong>gappropriate approach <strong>in</strong> thefield, the need to work quicklyand the challenge <strong>of</strong>participation.
