Licence Number: 2BE-HAK07099. Drill holes and disturbed areas will be restored to natural conditions immediately uponcompletion of the drilling. The reclamation of drill holes must include the removal ofany drill casing materials and the capping of holes with a permanent seal.10. The Licensee may store drill core produced by the appurtenant undertaking in anappropriate manner and location at least thirty (30) metres above the ordinary high watermark of any adjacent water body, where any direct flow into a water body is not possibleand no additional impacts are created, or as directed by an Inspector.11. All disturbed areas shall be contoured and stabilized upon completion of work andrestored to a pre-disturbed state.PART I:CONDITIONS APPLYING TO THE MONITORING PROGRAM1. The Licensee shall measure and record, in cubic metres, the daily quantities of waterutilized for camp, drilling and other purposes.2. An Inspector may impose additional monitoring requirements.3. All sampling, sample preservation and analyses shall be conducted in accordance withmethods prescribed in the current edition of Standard Methods for the Examination ofWater and Wastewater, or by such other methods approved by the Board.4. All analyses shall be performed in a laboratory accredited according to ISO/IEC Standard17025. The accreditation shall be current and in good standing.5. The Licensee shall provide the GPS co-ordinates (in degrees, minutes and seconds oflatitude and longitude) of all locations where sources of water are utilized for allpurposes. The Licensee shall report these co-ordinates to the Inspector prior to utilizingwaters.6. The Licensee shall determine the GPS co-ordinates (in degrees, minutes and seconds oflatitude and longitude) of all locations of temporary and permanent storage areas wherewastes associated with camp, drilling and Infrastructure operations are deposited. TheLicensee shall report these co-ordinates to the Inspector prior to depositing wastes.7. The Licensee shall measure and record the following:i. the quantities, in cubic metres, of domestic waste, sewage, and hazardous wastehauled off-site for disposal;ii.the location and name of the disposal facility for each waste type noted above;and13
