The total of such attendance fees was€ 210,000 for each of the years 2008 and 2009, distributedequally among the directors (or € 19,091)except with regard to the President of the Board ofdirectors, who receives twice the remuneration receivedby each other member of the Board of directors(or € 38,183).In addition, the additional remuneration allocated toeach member of the Board of directors committeesfor 2009 reached 7,000 euros for the members of theauditing committee, and 3,500 euros for the membersof the remuneration committee.The Company’s officers do not benefit from any additionalcontractual benefits in case of terminationof their activities and do not receive any remunerationor benefits other than those set out in the tableabove.15.2. PENSION, RETIREMENTAND OTHER BENEFITSThe Company has not implemented a plan to awardperformance-based bonus stock or stock subscriptionor stock purchase options for the benefit of theexecutive company officers or company officers,and no award of securities has been granted to theaforementioned company officers on this account.The Group’s salaried officers nonetheless enjoy legalor agreed collective schemes for participation andprofit-sharing.
