REMUNERATIONS AND BENEFITS15 15.2. PENSION, RETIREMENT AND OTHER BENEFITSIn addition, the Group has implemented a pensionscheme for its officers and other managers of theGroup that is additional to the legal and supplementaryschemes. The benefits of this top-up plan isgranted to managing executives whose gross remunerationis up to four times greater than the socialsecurity ceiling on the basis of a decision of generalmanagement. In addition, to collect these benefits,the relevant person must have served at least 20years with the Group and have attained 65 years ofage at the time they acquire the pension rights. Theadditional pension amount is calculated as a functionof years of service at the date of retirement andsalary over the best ten years.
