If the ODR for a work requirement is less than or equal to its MADR, overall performance of thatrequirement is satisfactory for the month. If the ODR is less than ½ the MADR, the QAE shouldrecommend to the COR to notify the Contractor that performance is excellent and to keep up the goodwork.b. If the ODR for a work requirement is greater than its MADR, overall performance of thatrequirement is unsatisfactory and the QAE should recommend to the COR that a CDR be issued to theContractor, or that stronger action be taken.c.
