2. Chemical Reaction: Any good that is a product of a chemical reactionshall be considered to be an originating good if the chemical reactionoccurred in the territory of the Parties. A “chemical reaction” is aprocess including a biochemical process, which results in a moleculewith a new structure by breaking intramolecular bonds, or by formingnew intramolecular bonds, or by altering the spatial arrangement ofatoms in a molecule. The following are not considered to be chemicalreactions for the purposes of this definition:a. Dissolving in water or other solvents;b. The elimination of solvents including solvent water; orc.
