For thesepurposes, economically and technically separated meansthat the costs incurred to recover the four types ofsubstances referred to above through a sound technicalprocedure, and to commercialise and deliver the same shallbe lower than its commercial value.Extracted natural atomic materials and lithium, and theirconcentrates, derivatives, and compounds, cannot besubject to any kind of juridical acts, unless executed orentered into by the Comisión Chilena de Energía Nuclear,or with its prior authorisation.
