To qualify for thelicence, the corporation or partnership shall:(i)(ii)be under the control and management of adirector or partner who is a Singaporeregisteredsurveyor resident in Singapore;where a multi-disciplinary corporation orpartnership is concerned, the business of thecorporation or partnership relating to landsurveying services shall be under the controland management of a director or partner whois a Singapore-registered surveyor resident inSingapore; andwhere limited corporations are concerned, allits directors shall be Singapore-registeredsurveyors or allied professionals and not lessthan 51 percent of each class of shares shallIII-SG-10
