The legally responsible director andthe person who replaces him or her must be Chilean withdomicile and residence in Chile.Requests for public radio broadcasting concessions,submitted by a juridical person in which foreigners hold aninterest exceeding 10 percent of the capital, shall be grantedonly if proof is previously provided verifying that similar rightsand obligations as those that an applicant will enjoy in Chileare granted to Chilean nationals in the applicant’s country oforigin.III-CL-3
