Mount Druitt and SurroundsThe suburb of Mount Druitt is located within the Blacktown City Council Local GovernmentArea. It mainly consists of low density housing, some light industrial & manufacturing areasand two retail districts near the railway station, as shown in Figure 3-2. These are factors are to be considered in the overall design andmanagement of the proposed car park.3.3.
