Management's Review Business Model Risk Pension Hedging and Investment Hedging Investment Administration Social Responsibility T h e AT P G r o u p F i n a n c i a l S t a t e m e n t sORGANISATIONAL AND LEGAL STRUCTURE OF THE ATPGROUPJudicially, the ATP Group is divided into the ATP parent companyand 25 subsidiaries, all of which are included in the consolidatedfinancial statements.ATP is an independent institution. The SUPP savings schemeis part of ATP, but with a separate asset management functionand subject to separate financial reporting.Several of ATP's investment activities have been spun off intoa number of subsidiaries. This is the case for some of ATP'sinvestments in the Equity, Inflation and Credit risk classes.ATP's 25 consolidated companies are:ATP Ejendomme A/SATP Ejendomme A/S manages all of ATP’s direct real-estateinvestments. The company, founded in 1994, manages72 Danish properties at a total market value of DKK 12.4bn.The market value of DKK 12.4bn is distributed by DKK 9.0bn,owned directly by ATP, and DKK 3.4bn owned by the subsidiaryATP Ejendomme A/S.ATP Ejendomme has one subsidiary:• Strandgade 7 A/SThe group of ATP Real Estate PartnersThe group of ATP Real Estate Partners is comprised of ATPReal Estate Partners I K/S, founded in 2006, and ATP RealEstate Partners II K/S, founded at the end of 2010. The objectiveof the group of Real Estate Partners is to make indirect investmentsin foreign real-estate funds in Europe and the USA.At end-2012, the group of ATP Real Estate Partners had DKK3.8bn available for new investments of an overall investmentlimit of DKK 12.5bn.The group of ATP Real Estate Partners also manages a DKK7.2bn investment limit directly owned by ATP.The group of ATP Private Equity PartnersThe group of ATP Private Equity Partners is comprised of fivefunds and a management company, founded in the period2003-2010:• ATP Private Equity K/S• ATP Private Equity Partners I K/S• ATP Private Equity Partners II K/S• ATP Private Equity Partners III K/S• ATP Private Equity Partners IV K/S• Private Equity Advisors ApSThe objective of the group of ATP Private Equity Partners isto invest in unlisted equity investments and private-equityfunds, mainly in Western Europe and North America.At end-2012, the group of ATP Private Equity Partners hadDKK 3.2bn available for new investments of an overall investmentlimit of DKK 51.5bn.The group of Via Venture PartnersThe group of Via Venture Partners is comprised of Via VenturePartners Fond I K/S, founded in 2006, and Via Venture PartnersFond II K/S, founded in 2010.
