The small number of closed Bank projects reviewedby IEG does not allow for an objective-based portfolio analysis. Only 36 ofthe 90 projects reviewed are closed. IEG has prepared an ImplementationCompletion and Results Report review for 29 of the closed projects, of which17 have skills building or youth employment in their project objectives. Thus,a full assessment of outcomes against intended objectives using data from ICRreviews is impossible, as operations are still ongoing and are not expected tohave achieved their results yet.
