May be eligible for a ten-year interest-free loan up to amaximum of $50,000, or half the value of the work proposed.Forgivable Upgrade to Building Code Loan ProgramTax Back Grant HolidayEconomic incentive for the rehabilitation and/or redevelopment ofcommercial and residential buildings in the core. If property taxes increaseas a result of a rehabilitation and/or redevelopment project, the City will grantback a portion of that tax increase every year, for ten years.A Main Street London Program that provides grant money for building andbusiness owners who want to improve the façade of their building.Awning, Signage and Decorative Lighting Grant ProgramEconomic Development Programs371
