1303 Fees & Permits: Includes land use application fees collected by the Commissioner; transfer feescollected through the Circuit Court; erosion & sediment control permits and flammable liquid permits collectedthrough Community Development.1304 Planning & Zoning Permits: Includes permits applied for by citizens or developers for placement of astructure on a property.
