Supply, Installation, Configuration & Integration of IT infrastructure for State Data Center, e-Secretariat & Other Projects [NIB No. F5(776)/DoIT/Tech/13/I/10766/2013 dated 23-08-2013] g) Payment in case of those goods which need testing shall be made only when such tests have been carried out, test results received conforming to the prescribed specification. h) Any liquidated damages/ penalties, as applicable, for delay and non-performance, as mentioned in this bidding document, will be deducted from the payments for the respective milestones. i) Taxes, as applicable, will be deducted/ paid as per the prevalent rules and regulations. j) In case of Site not ready, the payment to the supplier shall be released for actual number of items installed and commissioned under respective lot. The payment for rest of the items which are not installed and commissioned by the supplier shall be released only after their installation and commissioning at the respective site. 2) Service Level Standards/ Requirements/Agreement: a) Service level requirements i. Service level plays an important role in defining the Quality of Services (QoS). The ii. prime objective of service levels is to ensure high quality of services from selected bidder, in a efficient manner to the identified users under this procurement. The service level shall be tracked on a periodic basis i.e. quarterly and have penalty clauses on non-adherence to any of them. The bidder shall submit reports on all the service levels to the Purchaser in accordance with the specified formats and reporting periods and provide clarification, if required. The service levels defined below provide for target level of services required, measurements thereof and associated penalties. S.No. Services Description 1. Applicable penalty applicable in a quarter is reached equal to the gross amount payable for the quarter or c. Cumulative applicable penalty is reached equal to 5% of total order value b) Service Level Changes i. It is acknowledged that service levels may change as service needs evolves over the ii. course of the contract period. The present SLAs have been worked out on the basis of current expectations. Service levels between the Purchaser and bidder can be revised after the start of O&M phase in view of experience gained. The experience gained during this period will be used to fine tune the SLAs, including parameters, targets and penalties, if required. Any changes to the levels of services provided during the project period will be requested, documented and negotiated in good faith by both parties. Either party can request a change.
