3. PRE-QUALIFICATION/ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1) A bidder participating in the procurement process shall possess the following minimum prequalification/
eligibility criteria.

Turnover from last published audited balance sheets)during each of
IT/ ITeS the three financial years i.e. from FY 2009-10 to FY
2011-12 should as follows:
For Package A: Rs. 68.00 Lakhs
For Package B: Rs. 51.00Lakhs
For Package C: Rs. 90.00Lakhs
For Package D: Rs. 72.50 Lakhs
Note: if the bidder is bidding for more than one
package, then it shall have the cumulative turnover
