I / We undertake that the prices are in conformity with the specifications prescribed. The quote/ price are inclusive of all cost likely to be incurred for executing this work. The prices are inclusive of all type of govt. taxes/duties as mentioned in the financial bid (BoQ). I / We undertake, if our bid is accepted, to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery schedule specified in the schedule of Requirements. I/ We hereby declare that in case the contract is awarded to us, we shall submit the contract performance guarantee as prescribed in the bidding document. I / We agree to abide by this bid for a period of 90 days after the last date fixed for bid submission and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiry of that period. Until a formal contract is prepared and executed, this bid, together with your written acceptance thereof and your notification of award shall constitute a binding Contract between us.
