We hereby undertake that all the components/parts/assembly/ software used in the equipment shall be genuine, original and new components /parts/assembly/software from respective OEMs of the products and that no refurbished/duplicate/ second hand components/ parts/ assembly/ software are being used or shall be used. In respect of licensed operating system, we undertake that the same shall be supplied along with the authorized license certificate with our name/logo. Also, that it shall be sourced from the authorized source for use in India. In case, we are found not complying with above at the time of delivery or during installation, for the equipment already billed, we agree to take back the equipment already supplied at our cost and return any amount paid to us by you in this regard and that you will have the right to forfeit our Bid Security/ SD/ PSD for this bid or debar/ black list us or take suitable action against us.
