Boasting over 13 years of experience in the restaurant
business, Francis Vallée describes himself as
a true culinary artist, owing his reputation to his
bold style and appetite for discovery. In 2010, the
abstract art aficionado made a noted appearance on
the television show Les chefs!, an experience that
fueled his desire to have his own restaurant. He then
acquired the old presbytery of his native Roberval,
which he converted into a trendy bistro dubbed Toutà-Vallée.
There the young chef concocts innovative,
authentic and original creations combining local
products with flavours from around the world.
