Argentina’s fine wines and famous parillas. In<br />
addition, our chef will prepare a menu inspired by<br />

Bistro Lustucru mettra en vedette la cuisine<br />
de la charmante région du Saguenay–Lac-<br />
Saint-Jean. À travers un menu 5 services, nous<br />
réinventerons certains classiques de ce coin<br />
du Québec, en utilisant leurs produits, tout en<br />
leur donnant une saveur Lustucru. Nous élaborerons<br />
également un accord mets et vins,<br />
pour égayer davantage vos sens et vos papilles.<br />
For this year’s edition of MONTRÉAL EN<br />
LUMIÈRE, Bistro Lustucru will be cooking up<br />
a five-course meal spotlighting cuisine from<br />
the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Using local products<br />
from this lovely region of Quebec, we will<br />
reinvent some of its classics, adding Lustucru’s<br />
own unique flavour to each dish. Wine pairings<br />
will also be offered to further stimulate your<br />
