Chapter 9 – Administering Community Edition<br />

9.1 Administering Community Edition: The big picture<br />

Figure 9.1 provides an overview of how you can administer a Community Edition server. In<br />

the figure, the Community Edition admin console can be used to administer server,<br />

services, security, debug views and the embedded DB depicted on the left side of the<br />

figure. It can also be used to add JARs into Community Edition and manage applications<br />

as shown on the right side. The command line provides a series of sub-commands for<br />

managing server, applications and JARs.
