The <strong>Server</strong> category includes server information and operations:<br />
• Information displays information about the server, such as the operating system<br />
and Java environment options when the server was started.<br />
• Java System Info shows values of system properties in the Java environment.<br />
• <strong>Server</strong> logs provides a log manager for changing the log configurations, and<br />
server log viewer, Web access viewer and Derby log viewer to display and filter log<br />
files.<br />
• Shutdown shuts down the server.<br />
• Web <strong>Server</strong> displays Web server statistics and enables you to configure network<br />
listeners.<br />
• Thread Pools lists the status of the common thread pools.<br />
• Apache HTTP guides you through a wizard to configure a remote Apache HTTP<br />
server.<br />
• JMS <strong>Server</strong> enables you to configure JMS brokers and JMS network connectors.<br />
• Monitoring provides server statistics and monitoring features to review the server<br />
performance.<br />
9.4.3 Services<br />
The Services category includes the management of server wide services:<br />
• Repository lists the current repository entries and enables you to add archives to<br />
the server's repository.<br />
• Database Pools lists all database pools available on the server and walks you<br />
through creating, editing and importing database connectors.<br />
• JMS Resources lists all Java Messaging Service (JMS) resources available on<br />
the server and guides through creating new JMS brokers.<br />
9.4.4 <strong>Application</strong>s<br />
The <strong>Application</strong>s category provides a collection of portlets for administering<br />
applications in the Community Edition server:<br />
• Web App WARs lists all Web application WARs available on the server and enables<br />
you to start, stop, restart or uninstall Web applications.<br />
• System Modules lists all system modules available on the server and enables you<br />
to start, stop, restart or uninstall some of these system modules.
