The Women In the Fastener Industry (WIFI)<br />

scholarship committee is happy to announce the 2015<br />

recipients of the Ann Bisgyer Wolz Scholarship<br />

and the Edith Cameron Scholarship.<br />

Gloria Medina of Interstate<br />

Threaded Products, will attend classes<br />

at the Fastener Training Institute as<br />

the recipient of the Ann Bisgyer Wolz<br />

Scholarship.<br />

Nora Hluz, of Brighton Best<br />

International, is the recipient of the<br />

Edith Cameron Scholarship and has<br />

attended the 2015 National Industrial Fastener<br />

& Mill Supply Expo in Las Vegas.<br />

“This year’s applicants were all outstanding women in<br />

the industry, making it a difficult decision, “said Cris A.<br />

Young, president of WIFI. “We believe that Nora and Gloria<br />

will gain valuable experience and knowledge of<br />

the industry through this opportunity and<br />

then use it to advance their careers.”<br />

that provides mentoring, networking<br />

and educational opportunities for<br />

women employed in the industrial<br />
