ADDS SEARCH TO THE FCH CONNECTION<br />
• There will be a button in Product Inquiry and other<br />
screens that pulls live data from the FCH site and<br />
displays vendor and availability information inside<br />

announced several new enhancements that will be<br />
added to the next release of the Fastener Supply Chain<br />
Network TM . Brian Musker, Partner of FCH and Dennis<br />
Cowhey, President, of Computer Insights are working out<br />
the details and fast-tracking the implementation.<br />
FCH is the popular online marketplace for industrial<br />
fasteners, and the process is completed with just a few<br />
clicks of the mouse.<br />
In The Business Edge TM<br />
In The Business Edge TM<br />
it will be even easier to use<br />
and submit new products to the FCH Sourcing Network<br />
(FCH). Clients will be able to do the following:<br />
• They will be able to flag products for uploading to<br />
FCH by selecting a range of products by part number,<br />
name or product class. This new capability will enable<br />
the uploads to be completed more easily.<br />
• There will be a setting to tell the The Business Edge<br />
system to automatically upload updated FCH values<br />
every night. Previously parts had to be uploaded by<br />
pressing the upload button. Having the availability<br />
information updated daily will make it much more<br />
valuable to people looking for products.<br />
The FCH Sourcing Network<br />
In The Business Edge there will be an option to send<br />
an RFQ to the FCH site for FCH to break apart and<br />
forward to all related vendors.<br />
