Like all buying groups, NetPlus Alliance leverages the<br />
combined volume of our distributor purchases to negotiate<br />
rebate programs and other benefits with our supplier<br />
partners, but we allow our distributors, as entrepreneurs, to<br />
run their businesses the way they want to, without<br />
interference. We build our goals around core values and<br />
adapt those goals to the<br />
changing needs of our<br />
distributor members and<br />
supplier partners. Over the past<br />
few years, we noticed a need to<br />

host manufacturer-specific product trainings at the<br />
manufacturer’s facility and centralized multi-supplier product<br />
seminars through manufacturer’s rep agencies, as well as a<br />
series of business operations webinars.<br />
NetPlus Alliance leverages technology and its rapidly<br />
evolving presence in our members’ day-to-day businesses to<br />
deliver content, social sharing, data and benchmarking. Our<br />
Member Portal keeps our members connected and aware of<br />
all of our engagement opportunities. This unique platform<br />
allows our members to engage in sales opportunities and will<br />
serve as a means for mutual follow-up from the face-to-face<br />
interactions at our national and regional meetings.<br />

partners, representing over 375 brands. In the past year,<br />
NetPlus Alliance facilitated over 3,000 planning meetings<br />
between our distributor and supplier members. In addition,<br />
we also provide them with the economic values that they<br />
seek to achieve as entrepreneurs. These economic values<br />
not only increase their<br />
profitability, but also allow them<br />
more time to focus on growing<br />
