Happy New Year!<br />
By the time you read this, we will have turned the page<br />
on 2015 and hopefully we will have recovered from all our<br />
Christmas and New Year's parties. Budgets<br />
for <strong>2016</strong> are in place and we are off and<br />
running. Luckily, the NCFA board<br />
never rests and we worked<br />
tirelessly in 2015 to prepare a<br />
schedule of events for <strong>2016</strong> that<br />
includes a little bit of everything.<br />
