20. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS<br />

A. Before Departure: Cancellation/No Show Forfeit:<br />

1. From Belgium/Luxembourg/ Netherlands* 50% of fare paid.<br />

2. From Europe (except from Belgium/ Luxembourg/ Netheriands/<br />

Scandinavia): Full refund.<br />

3. From Scandinavia: 25% of fare paid.<br />

4. From Israel: Full refund.<br />

B. After Departure: Cancellations:<br />

1. From Turkey: No refund except that the fare may be used as credit<br />

towards payment of any higher fare.<br />

2. All other journeys: No refund.<br />

21. ELIGIBILITY When used for senior citizen fares: Persons 60 years or older.<br />

22. DOCUMENTATION When used for senior citizen fares: <strong>Passport</strong>/birth<br />

certificate as proof of age must be presented at time of ticketing.<br />

days in Israel) one change free for return reservations.<br />

15. PAYMENT Deadline: 7 days.<br />

EXCEPTION: For reservations made earlier than 10 days before departure,<br />

payment must be made at the same time as ticketing and not later than 3<br />

days after confirmation of reservations.<br />

16. TICKETING Deadline: 7 days.<br />

EXCEPTION: For reservations made earlier than 10 days before departure,<br />

ticketing must be completed at the same time as payment and not later than<br />

3 days after confirmation of reservations.<br />
